David P. Cutler received both his undergraduate and law degrees from Vanderbilt University. He formerly served as certiorari clerk to the Tennessee Supreme Court before entering private practice. He is admitted to practice in Illinois and before the U.S. Supreme Court, U.S. Court of Appeals, 6th Circuit and 7th Circuit, U.S. District Court, N.D. and S.D. of Illinois, and the Federal Trial Bar.
Edwin J. Hull, III is a graduate of the University of Virginia and the Vanderbilt University School of Law. He is admitted to practice in Illinois, and before the U.S. Supreme Court, U.S. Court of Appeals, 7th Circuit, U.S. Tax Court, the U.S. District Court, N.D. of Illinois, and the Federal Trial Bar. Mr. Hull is a member of the American, Illinois State, and Chicago Bar Associations. He is also a member of The Public Investors Arbitration Bar Association which is dedicated to serving the public investor. Mr. Hull has also appeared on the Chicago Tribune cable television show “Your Money” to discuss the securities arbitration process.
