John B. Veach III (Tucker) graduated from Yale University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1975. He received his law degree from Georgetown University in 1983. He subsequently worked with the Houston, Texas firm of Butler & Binion and was a partner in the Washington, D.C. office of Baker & Botts. His law practice has focused on complex commercial litigation, with particular emphasis on securities litigation, securities arbitration, and SEC enforcement matters.
